Roma vs. Jeventus Soccer Game

Ever since my brother started playing FIFA World Cup, I have wanted to go to a European soccer game. Last night, my dream came true. I went to see Roma play Juventus at the stadium in Rome. Unfortunately Roma lost, which means their record is 11-12 aka pretty bad. Although they lost, we still had a great time! We didn't realize that our tickets were next to the opposing players side, so throughout the entire game beer bottles, lighters, cups, smoke bombs were going off right in front of me. I never realized how intense European soccer was until last night when the Roma fans and Juventus fans were swearing at each other the entire game. I have to say I was a tad bit scared when I saw smoke bombs going off. Overall though, I loved being in the stadium watching soccer. There is another Roma game the last weekend we are in Rome so I hope we can all go to that as a last horrah!
